Here is a very easy procedure to replace a faulty headlight/turn signal switch or the wiper switch.

Only tool needed is a 4 inch long #2 phillips screwdrdiver and about 10 minutes out of your day. Very Happy

Here is a listing of the OE part numbers that you would need to get the correct replacement switch. Prices are USD.

2000-2003 HEADLIGHT/TURN SWITCH.......................................................GE4T-66-122.......MSRP $112.57
2000-2003 WIPER SWITCH........................................................................GE6V-66-128......MSRP $121.80
.
2004-2006 HEADLIGHT/TURN SWITCH ( with integrated fog light switch).........LE44-66-122.......MSRP $113.95
2004-2006 HEADLIGHT/TURN SWITCH (without integrated for light switch)......LE44-66-122.......MSRP $77.20
2004-2006 WIPER SWITCH.........................................................................LE43-66-128.......MSRP $118.20

To start off with you need to remove these three screws on the underside of the steering column cover. Make note of the screw locations. The two closer to steering wheel are gold colored with course thread. The single screw further forward is gunmetal colored with fine machine threads.
Now just separate the upper and lower column covers ( they just snap apart and together ) and set aside.

If replacing the headlight/turn switch then unplug the electrical connector on the left side (red arrow) by depressing the little release button also marked with red and pulling connector away from switch.

If replacing the wiper switch then unplug the connector on right side marked with blue in the same way.

For removal of the headlight switch, remove these two screws.

Now slide the headlight/turn signal switch outwards and away from the steering column to remove. The switch slides in these two little marked grooves so when reinstalling just make sure that new switch is lined up in them. Reverse this procedure to get everthing put back together.
